This has been my cheery series for this season. It's remained happy throughout, without having got cloying like the Monster Girls one did. It has a nice balance of relationship fun between Kobayashi and Tohru (with the subtlest sub/dom hints, though never sexily) and the sillier "fish out of water" aspects of dragons plonked into a human world.
The girl's favourite character seems to be the tiny Kanna, mainly because of the excessive cute factor she possesses. It's another facet of a nicely multi-layered series.
Don't expect great excitement, but it's worth watching.
